This was the easiest car rental I have ever done! Booked and paid online, picked up at the Belfast cruise port and I never even had to walk into the office to complete the transaction. The two ladies who helped our family today were kind, authentically interested in our travels and well versed on how to give us a great rental experience. Highly recommend this location for your next Belfast vehicle rental.

Booked a car at this branch end of August 2020 as also booked in hotel nearby. Day before was contacted by phone that branch closed due to Covid. Advised that car will be at branch 10 mins away from city centre. Next day picked up from hotel to branch and got paperwork sorted. Process straightforward and friendly throughout. On returning the car lift back to hotel arranged.

Have to use Enterprise through work and generally they are very good, delivering a car to wherever we want it and picking it up (albeit often days after they arrange to) from convenient locations to us. The Belfast office is conveniently located and if accessed from Joy street there is parking available to easily return the car; no space at the front for this. Only had problems with unhelpful staff once; so will give them the benefit of the doubt, but drop them a star because of it. If walking to pick up a car, from the train station, Central Station is a 10 minute walk away.
