Hired a car short notice through work on 12/10/20 couldn't ask for better service - guy on the desk got me a car sorted half an hour earlier than expected (didn't catch his name sorry) - lady that brought the car in (Lauren) even jumped in and helped in the wash area to get me going as quickly as possible!! Absolutely spot on - can't thank them enough

Was unlucky when hiring a luton van i had a faulty radio that drained the battery requiring a AA call out this delayed my 6am drive by 4 hours the radio turned on and off every 40 seconds so at night was like a xmas tree very frustrating and disappointing. The van drove well and i had no issues other than that mentioned main enterprise call handler was terrible and after wasting in the rain 4 2 hours for them to open was told to call the branch this opend an hour later lucky for me some one was there at half 8. Returned the van and explained what was wrong Lauren was sympathetic and said she would get the van looked at, id hire from them again but next time ill check all the equipment before leaving . Sure i was just unlucky and weekend customer operations are shorter than those in the week so this only added to my wait next till ill get the parents to move house on a Monday UPDATE ASKED TO EMAIL , 5 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NO RESPONSE

Poor customer service from start to finish. The rental vehicle was not available at the start of hire at 8am as it was having a brake pad change. It was not ready till 9am. I experienced problems with the van electrics and constant audio warning alerting me to open doors when they were shut closed and checked. Very distracting and confuses the driver to what is actually going on with the doors. I had to take the van back to get it checked as I also couldn’t initially open the side door from the outside. It was locked on the inside but needs to be because the key fob does not lock it from the outside. When I came to drop off the van the guys at the office were told I was on my way back and were expecting me. When I got back the office was closed as I arrived 10 minutes after closing after refuelling. Nobody present. I phoned to check but no answer. I therefore left the van there but had to take the keys back home requiring another trip back the next morning to drop them off. I was also told I would receive 10% discount when making the prepaid booking. This wasn’t adjusted on the invoice even though I told them. I lost so much time (and money) because of the lack of care.
