Very happy with my month long hire Lovely car, service was fantastic despite my issues in getting payment done. Price is reasonable but be aware the insurance is not included and somewhat expensive.

Very very bad experience. The car was not ready, then they cleaned for a long time. As a result, she broke down immediately after cleaning, when she was driven out. The car was not at all the same as I ordered in a completely different class. The management is awful !!! I do not advise

I’m a regular corporate user of Enterprise, and this company has never let me down. Had to pick up a car from here after landing at a heliport in Aberdeen. Was picked up by a courtesy car and taken to branch. They were short of cars so offered us a van, which while not ideal for a 120mile cross country trip would have done the job. Fortunately when we arrived at the branch, a transporter had just delivered some cars. I got a brand new Toyota Aygo, which did the job. Staff all friendly and helpful and will be happy to use again.
