Great customer service at Enterprise here, Kyle Daly makes sure requests are taken care of within his control and does ensure the best customer care before and after is attained. No problems with this branch and have hired 4 cars from Wrexham Enterprise, 1 from Vancouver and their knowledgeable staff are always at hand to answer any queries. Great team there, will be back!

Excellent service yet again, was having trouble booking online, playing about with different time slots . Gave up and rang them instead, not only did the lovely lady on the phone book the slots I wanted,but she also came in 10 cheaper than the prices I saw online. Went to pick the car up and found out they had given me a free upgrade , which also turned out to be a brand new car with only 40 miles on the clock Staff were amazing, couldn't fault the service at all, will definitely be using Enterprise Wrexham again .
My second time hiring a van from Enterprise to move house. Efficient booking in and booking out. No issues, no hard sell of extra insurance. Van was great, practically new. Will use again (but hoping not to have to move house anytime soon!)
