Diabolical. Unable to process pre booked van hire, for reasons I cannot fathom. I have a clean driving license, lived at my home address for over 10 years, no bad credit history, on the electoral register but was refused van hire. Would rather crawl on my hands and knees the 350 miles to help my Mum move furniture than have to deal with these clowns again.
I have used the bodmin enterprise quite a few times last year and can not recommend them enough. The team ( Ben and Jason?)always go above and beyond for me and my wife nothing is to much trouble for them. They always try there best to accommodate me even at short notice and are reasonably priced. The Cars and Vans I've hired have always been great specs and very reliable. Keep up the great work guys and see you soon.
Nice place, easy to find just a pity about the parking.
