We have just bought our new house through Ensum Brown and our whole experience with them has been excellent. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during our viewings and negotiated our purchase on a Saturday morning so that we could secure the property. Fiona then helped us with exchange and completion. We had several delays caused by our buyer and a backlog at the land registry. Throughout she was in regular contact with us, the builder and our solicitor to keep everyone updated. Her advice, suggestions and positivity were great during this time and she helped us much more than our own estate agent did. Hopefully we will not be moving again but I would highly recommend Ensum Brown to anyone.
