Don't buy from this shop if you don't want your foot deformed! Had the worst customer experience with this brand. A year ago I bought expensive boots that felt kind of stuff, but I was told that the leather will soften in no time and it will be fine. I wore them once and they were so stiff that I couldn't stand the pain and decided to return them. I went with the receipt on which it says they can be returned in 14 days and they didn't accept them. They took the shoes to try to soften them somehow, but I felt no difference. That's all they did. I also wrote emails to customer support and so on, but nobody offered any solution or compensation. I had paid so much for those shoes already that I didn't want to invest in new boots so I kept forcing myself to wear those until I got a deformation on my leg. And I am still waiting until this day for them to soften as it was promised... Never buy anything from Ziengs!

Na in een andere schoenen winkel alhier slechte service te hebben gekregen, zijn we bij Ziengs zeer goed geholpen , echt vriendelijk personeel en nemen goed de tijd voor een passend advies hier komen we graag weer terug
