Designed to isolate and transfer single cells with a very high efficiency (>95%) from our self seeding Microwells to your reaction tube of choice (Culture plates, 384 well plate, Eppendorf tubes, etc.) The transferred cells can be analyzed for theiri DNA / RNA content or can be cultured for clonal expansion. • Very efficient and rapid cell seeding technology to obtain single cells in single micro wells with a very high fill ratio. Percentage of wells that contain a single cell is more than 99%. Bioassays can be performed on the single cells in the micro wells. To study the genetic make-up of the individual cells these can be transferred from the microwell to any other analysis platform in a fast and efficient way using VyCAP's Puncher technology. • Point Of Care disposable cartridge for the detection and analysis of cells in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Cells are collected onto a silicon microsieve and next stained with fluorescent labels.
