Do not suggest to Expats. I recently planned two appointments to view houses. The first meeting, I got an intention that I will not be taken seriously. The broker did no have any interest to show me the house. He said me that you have seen the photos and videos online, as if why are you here. He did not explain me anything about the house. I remember that he was on the phone and I was looking the house by myself. I also remember that the guy was taking selfies on the balcony of the house; and I had to wait for him to say bye. Second appointment with the same company. When I just arrived for viewing, I saw another family are getting inside of the house. Although, I booked a slot of viewing for that particular time. I did also rang the bell but the broker did not open the door, I guess he was already busy with them. I realised they have no intention of selling any house to me, God knows for what reason. A colleague of mine has already experienced unprofessional attitude while he was purchasing a house by this firm earlier. So I highly advise Expats to look for a firm that they will not be ignored and being taken care by a respectful manner.

Super geïnformeerd door Marco. Komt altijd zijn woorden na, prettig in de omgang en altijd bereikbaar voor advies. Toen Marco zei: binnen een dag is de woning verkocht moesten we eerst lachen, maar niets was minder waar! Top service en communicatie van Thoma post en Marco!

Verdiept zich goed in je situatie, en vind voor jou de beste deal. Die past bij de risico's en mogelijkheden. Ik ken de rest van de hypotheek medewerkers niet ;-) maar ik kan Jan Peter van den Berg absoluut aanraden !!
