THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY/ SHOP!!! I ordered my shoes in November last year and I still have not received the shoes nor refund! They nicely use Covid as an excuse. I requested the refund, receiving 20 email back and forward each time from different person informing me that the process takes 2 days. Never received money back! Scandal !!! BE CAREFUL - POSITIVE COMMENTS CAME FROM THEMSELVES! I set up the recall cancellation request through the bank...

Should’ve checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of sneakers on January 7th and they still have not been shipped. I have sent multiple e-mails and called many times, though nothing has changed. Now I wonder if I have been scammed...terrible.

Horrible experience with the company, believe that they are a scam. I have ordered sneakers from them on 23 May, and never received the order nor the refund. Multiple calls since and every time they reassure the order will be delivered within 7 days, which does not happen. I have sent several requests about the refund but have not received it so far. They use COVID as an excuse for the delays - which is a low move, since I have received orders from US and all over Europe during this period. Going to open a banking dispute and report them to the consumer protection. I hope this will be helpful to the other consumers!
Scandalous. I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/06. Still no news about the delivery on 16/07! Hard to reach them by phone. You are always at least 6th in the line. It takes approx 40-45 min to get hold of someone. Then they cannot explain the delay. Just to get rid of me, they allege that their IT system is down, they do not have access to their database or that the lady has to ask another colleague and they will call me back in 2 hours or will send me an email - this was last week and this week. An IT break-down in 21st century taking 10 days to repair...This is a very weak argument. I am really disappointed. Curious to see if I get any response or explanation to this from the shop. Or perhaps their internet is also gone?
In mid april I get a fake nike undercover shoes from Sneakerstad. I send them email with photos as proof several time but no reply what so ever. I returned the shoes, but still no response.Tried to call them many times but always in the waiting line. And when i get answer, the girl says that she can't speak a good english and that the related department will contact me or reply my email. But still, no refund or reply what so ever until now.
