Good service and great sushi! There was a problem with redeeming a coupon code, so the discount was not applied properly when placing the order. I put this in the comments box with my order, and when I came to pick up my sushi it was no problem at all to get the discount. They were really friendly and understanding about it.

When we ordered it said 50 minutes and if there is delay we will be notified so after 1:20 we call them and they apologize saying they are very busy and it will be here in 45 minutes with a free gift (ends up being 2x 150ml ice teas). So after 2:15 we call again and got some hope because they told us \its going out now\ (this was a lie), so after 3 hours we call again and again they say: \Its ready in 5 minutes then going out\ (another lie), so after 45minutes we call again and they say its on the way, luckily this time they did not lie! In the end, we waited a total of 4 hours (from 6 to 10) for our valentines dinner. At any point (we called many times) they could of honestly said they are overwhelmed and we would have ordered somewhere else, but we were on the hook because they kept lying to us about the progress of the food. The food was ok at best, but this kind of service is just disgusting, don't order here. Edit: I just found out the ice teas were an offer for every order at the time so that's 3 lies and 4 hours of waiting..
Loved the sushi, had to find out my Coca Cola was missing. They called me up right away to let me know they we're bringing it. Only to find out it came with a surprise!
I can't give a proper opinion about the food since they denied me to sell food because they were so busy (which was very disappointing)... So I would recommend that if you want to try the food, please order online...
I don't know why they keep this place open. More than 2h for a small order?! If you are hungry, don't order from this place.
