Nice service
I was there few times and every time they know nothing. I wanted buy new insurance so I had to cancel my old. Now it takes more than one month and I have nothing. I was there first time with all documents and they told me they need only application. Then after one week they needed pay slip from my work. I was there and women there scanned it and told me everything is ok and I have to wait for a letter. After 2 weeks I ask again and they told me they need again this documents because they haven't it. I'm really nervous because they are nice there but I have no insurance now! I wanted bay it 14 juni with date of first july. Now is 15 july and I have only smile of women from office from customer service...
