I brought my laptop like 2-3 months ago to be fixed and unfortunately they said that my laptop cant be fixed and i thought it was all fine all the parts are still there even though it is broken probably. Today i opened my (broken) laptop to take the ram so that i can upgrade the ram of my new laptop. I found out my ram was not there. I am very disappointed that one of the worker probably took my 8 GB ram.

Not a professional service, wasting my 90 to repair my laptop that cant be charged. At first they replace the charger jack which is cost 90 and said it is already finished.Once i brought it to home it is still not working , they did not even check before calling the customer. Next i asked for them to repair it again and after several weeks almost a month, there are no details or information regarding the condition of laptop. So i come by and they said it cant be fixed, they tried many things and i can bring my laptop back. So basically they can call me to take the laptop, BUT they prefer the customer come and check the laptop themselves. Lastly, besides wasting 90 and my time to wait for nothing. My serviced laptop touchpad now is sinked in a little bit into the laptop. AND suddenly i need to do windows repair so i need to reset my pc. moreover they managed to fix the \plugged in not charging\ by making the laptop to o battery is detected\. If anyone wants to fix your laptop, this place is not the place!

Terribly horrible service for laptop repair! They kept my laptop for 2 month after promising to be done within 10 business days! They never communicated on the delay with repair! Never called back about the status updates! Didn't finish the full requested repair, only the major part!!! And for the repaired part they put in outdated drivers, I had to resolve drivers compatibility myself! Also, they reinstalled Windows in Dutch, never asking if I would prefer other language (I was communicating in English, they should at least ask!!!!) Completely and utterly unprofessional behavior in general. If I could I would sue them!
