the people there were very nice and everything seemed very organized, also with the corona regulations. They set up my student account even though I didn't have an appointment and all of it took less than 10 minutes. I hope I will receive my card soon!

It's a good bank. I always go here to deposit money through the indoor ATM. Decent and tidy place, usually not that much waiting time.

Extremely slow working process. I had an appointment for opening a student's card and in the end of it they told me that the bank card and the account details will ship to my place in at max 5 business days. Meanwhile, I visited the bank one more time to be ensured that the card will arrive in time. So on the 5th day, seeing that I didn't receive any letter from the bank I went to the them and asked where is my card? They told me that my bank card and my account isn't even ready, because I didn't complete a form (which I did right in the first day of my appointment). I had to complete it again and was told to wait till it is processed and only then I should wait 5 business days in order to get my account. If you are a student and want to get really fast a bank card (i.e. to order your laptop), you should go to ABN or other banks, because the service at ING is terrible. *UPDATE* more than a month has passed and I still didn't get anything from them. This is revolting.
