The staff (as well as the pharmacist doctors) are attentive and caring and pleasant. I was appalled to read a review about them being \extremely slow\ which is not true. They are neither slow nor fast, because they actually \give a damn\ about checking your prescription, bringing up your profile on their computer, getting the meds, and labelling them. If they \seem\ slow, it's because they \take their time\ to do their job carefully and correctly. Several times, when I asked a question and the attendant was not too sure, they would go to the back section and consult the pharmacist doctor, so they would know exactly what to do. Those who have written such reviews would similarly complain about them being too quick if they felt they didn't get the attention they deserved!
Very helpful and friendly staffs although they are not really fluent in English. Very fast service. The also provide good medication
Extremely slow service everytime I had to be there. Even when they do open more checkouts. They don't seem to care about this either. They have one job (getting your subscription) and they consistently fail to do this efficiently.
When you order via GP (repeated prescription) you will now be notified by email with a code which allows you to use the fast service i-pad. I received my order in less then a minute!
