This place is a joke! First they give us an appointment for converting our account to shared account. Once we are in location they tell us “Sorry you have to do it online, new rules.” After keeping us wait, taking their time. Upnosed staff doesn’t even listen to you properly, interrupting all the time. They hint a sense of authority with every move, instead of a helpful and sensible attitude. Disgusting really.

Worst experience ever, a lady told me: you only work here for four years but you do not live here, we can not open an account for you. You have to go to Amsterdam for international banking. It was pretty funny that she thinks I only work here but I DO NOT live here even though I have residence card valid for many years, BSN and contract stating salary. Maybe she was just having a bad mood ...
What is wrong with this bank? I wait for my pin code for a whole month and it still didn't be delivered. The ironic thing is I went to the bank last Thursday and the staff promised me it would arrive by 3 week days. Now my mail box is still empty Why can't you just give my pin code at the bank? Just by walking it should be in my box right now.
Most of the times the staffs are helpful. You can grab a cup of free coffee while waiting. The location is right in front of the station and bus stop, so you don't need to worry if you have to catch a train or bus
