We initially used Enhanced Carpets & Flooring to complete a new Amtico kitchen floor in herringbone style. We absolutely love it, and were really happy with the great customer service and attention to detail! We have now also had them back to re-carpet our stairs and landing and have experienced the same high level of customer service and exceptional standard! I genuinely don’t think we’d bother going anywhere else for flooring any more as these guys are just brilliant!!
Very good work, helpful, polite, friendly, on time and tidy. We had second-hand carpet fitted in three rooms (about 25 square metres total), which took under two hours. They supplied gripper rods and underlay and charged a reasonable price towards the expensive end of the quotes I had received, but were well worth it. They asked about the condition of the carpet to be fitted and gave good advice about how to store it before fitting, which was helpful. They even helped with moving a few pieces of furniture; we couldn't empty all the rooms at once. We would definitely use them again.
