I ordered from the Engraving Workshop on 08/11/20 and still have not received my order. I have emailed & had no reply and phoned twice, which goes through to an inbox that is full. Do not order from this shop.
Best service and product I have ever had online. Communication was extremely quick, friendly and personal. I even received a response to one of my emails at 20:30 in the evening! The initial proof was turned around in less than 12 hours and the finished product (which was a custom product and had to be mm perfect) arrived promply a couple of days later and was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this company, especially Amanda.
Arrived within four days and it was perfect. Exactly what I wanted.
My engraving did not come out as requested and the text is nothing like the samples shown. I requested for another plaque but with the correct features and was assisted for weeks of only two emails now they are not responding to me or updating me on my purchase. Plaques are very personal and important to us in our own way and a company who provides them should know this. I am very disappointed
Bad service from start to finish! It took 7 weeks for my order to arrive with several excuses why it was taking so long. I had to email the company several times to ask where my order was. When the order finally arrived it had scratches all over the plaque and the picture has marks on it. Been trying to contact the company for a refund but no one is replying. Avoid!
