We have received outstanding service from viewing through to moving. We needed a rental property asap due to selling our home, but with it being very close to Christmas we were unsure if we'd get somewhere that we liked within the timeframe. Julie was fantastic, she contacted me straight away, even though it was out of office hours. We arranged a viewing the very next morning. Loved the property, applied and was in and settled in time for Christmas. Perfect!

Recently I had to make the difficult decision to sell my mothers house to carry on paying for ongoing residential care. I am so pleased that I chose English Rose Estate Agents to market her property. Initially I met Julie who advised me on what I needed to do then later I met Jess who advised me further. Throughout the selling process Julie and Jess kept me well informed and were always on hand with up to date information. They even carried on getting viewings throughout lock down. English Rose Estate Agents manage all of my rental properties, they are professional, knowledgeable, on the ball with all current and new regulations, they do regular inspections and keep me updated.
