We bought two beautiful Dorchester Pillar Lamps for the entrance to our property and are absolutely delighted with the quality of these products. The service provided by this company is excellent. Extremely efficient and personal and the lamps arrived very promptly and very securely packaged. The customer care has been exceptional and I would be more than happy to use this company again. Excellent customer service provided by David, I am also very impressed with the quality of the product and the effort that was made to make sure everything was included for a smooth installation, I would pick out the hand made wooden template that was included for drilling holes for the base, super work.
Decent products but VERY POOR customer service. I've expressed interest in a product that is unavailable for 3 months, but customers are never notified if the product will be replenished. I've been checking the site for 3 months and there is no updated information on when the product will be available. The manager of the team was absolutely useless and would not even let me speak when I tried to explain how the process of ordering out of stock materials did not work for customers.
Brilliant service from the English Lamp Post guys especially David. We ordered three matching lamp posts with one accompanying wall light for above the front door. The quality is superb. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re local to Shropshire. Nice café too.
Really outstanding craftsmanship, we visited their show areas in Shropshire as we wanted to speak to the blacksmith with regards to some alterations to a lamp post frog collar and lantern. Paul was very accommodating and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit, there is much more than lamp posts and lanterns on display, also they have a small café and sculpture park on site which is free to looking around and perfect if waiting a couple of hours for work to be completed as we did.
