2021-Mar, party of 2, 3pm Parking was easy. We were seated right away. Mask is required inside. Complimentary Chips and salsa came right away. Followed by the waitress taking our drinks order. We ordered fajita trio and seafood pasta. The food came right away. Both were cooked perfectly. Very, very tasty! They were understaffed but our waitress did a great job checking on us. 1 soda, 1 margarita, 2 entrees. 57 before tip. Bon Appétit!

The majority of our experience was excellent, the waiter had a couple of missed opportunities, for drink refills and desert offerings and towards the end of dinner felt a bit rushed. Though very friendly he did also offer options when I discussed my decision. I opted for Swordfish fajitas which were prepared perfectly for my tastes, my date had the Combo lemon bake also excellent, everything was full of flavor and portions are fair for the pricing. It is fair to note that shortly after being seated we overheard another couple talking with another of the waitstaff about coming for over 25 years and gets the Verde every time, that statement I feel speaks to the consistency of the food. Every person in the restaurant was happy and upbeat it was enjoyable to feel positive energy
I just visited for the first time, and it was FANTASTIC! I got the lamb chops, and they were prepared perfectly. Service was excellent, and prices were very reasonable. I can't wait to return!
Been going to Las Brisas since the early 90’s with my Dad. Hands down the best margarita on the planet! Great relaxed atmosphere as well. A great way to transport yourself to a tropical locale in the midst of a cold winter Denver night.
Food was good but waitress over charged us. The food was pretty good and we had a few items. The paella was decent but the waitress charged us for a full order but only brought us a half. We had never been there before and did not realize what happened until after we left. Service was slow and we had to work to get some ones attention. I would not return.
