It's finally been ten years and our Englander bed is STILL amazing. It literately feels new still. Best kept secret in the bedding world!

Great customer service and an amazingly impressive modern factory with the newest quality materials out there. Great mattresses too! Very happy with mine.
They had me lifting bed frames by myself all day. Not going back.
For a place that's in Chicago, they are pretty friendly! I come here often, there's parking allowed on the street (47th Pl. not St) and it's pretty darned quiet. You do have to back in from across the street though, it's not very busy, use caution anyway.
