My partner and I have used Enfields for two property transactions since 2017 and Enfields were excellent both times! Our first transaction was when we bought a property through Enfields. There were complications with the transaction and we truly believe that the main reason the transaction completed was due the the outstanding effort made by Kevin. He was very professional and showed effective communication by keeping everyone in the chain calm up to date. He was 100% focused on helping us get the sale completed and without his efforts this may have fallen through. We decided to move to a new property this year due to the need for more space. Due to our positive experience with Enfields during the first transaction, we engaged Enfields without hesitation. We were very pleased with the quality and the value provided for the listing. We experienced some difficulties with the transaction again (starting to think a simple transaction doesn't exist). Again, Enfields stepped up to the challenge and effectively communicated with the chain, kept everyone up to date and got it over the line. Louise, the sales manager was excellent when it came to pushing things along and getting the solicitors moving and the chain focused. With both Kevin and Louise showing outstanding service, they deserve special thanks. I have since recommended Enfields to my parents, who have now listed a property with them. I'm sure that their excellent service will continue.

Enfields are the selling agent for the property we are purchasing and have been fantastic from start to finish. Charlotte and Louise have been excellent at keeping us updated. Everyone we have dealt with at Enfields has been professional and friendly. Later in the process, Louise has been incredibly proactive and gets things done with no hanging about. Keeping in touch regularly and being a fantastic point of contact for us. I credit Louise with keeping our sale and purchase going and making sure everyone knew what was happening.

I have just exchanged on my property, and although it has taken many stressful months, the one saving grace has been Louise; she has kept me informed all the way through with regular calls updates and emails. Louise coincidently also sold me my previous home too and I would always try to buy through her again! She is professional, efficient and has been a beacon of light during an absolute nightmare.

Bought our first home with Enfields and would definitely use them again in future. Jordan was really helpful and knowledgable when we first viewed the property and Louise was fantastic and kept us updated throughout, even going the extra mile to help when things were going wrong further up the chain. Some other local estate agents have been useless (naming no names) but would definitely recommend Enfields in future!
