Person on the phone sounded bored and sighed heavily when I asked her to repeat digits in a phone number. The numbers she gave me were not relevant to my query. Waste of time calling yet was told to call them by GP surgery.
Called regarding my concerns about the neglect of my niece. Was TOLD I was making malicious calls. It's true I dont like her father but was not taken seriously. I was only concerned about the welfare of a child which should be standard and be followed up not by me having to argue with a rude social worker. I sent an email stating that I would take this further and make a complaint. It has now been arranged for me to have a meeting. Let's see how that goes. They are useless and rude.
Absolutely waste of time trying to talk to these people. They don't want to know. You tell them your concerns and provide evidence and they still do nothing. wouldn't watse your time you won't get anything with them
