I have just completed a computer course - ECDL - from Pitman Enfield. i am very satisfied. I received support at all times - and I look forward to starting advanced courses to help me in my profession. The ECDL was very helpful in convincing employers that I had tech awareness.
A backstreet operation luring people into signing up for meaningless, outdated and overpriced courses. The pitman brand itself is owned by ancient Canadian dinosaurs who have next to no knowledge about how and what is required in the workplace of today. Save yourself the time and energy and go with a more up to date brand like Udemy or edX.
I did my Salesforce exam here. I have had a negative experience, especially if I compare it to my other test that I did in Holborn. At this centre, one of the staff kept coming in and out of the exam room during my test, disturbing my concentration. She opened the window, and all the noise from outside came in, the headphones they provided is the cheapest you can get on ebay. They have only 1 small dirty-looking toilet.
Appalling customer service. I've spent over 5000 with this company and their customer service skills are absolutely abysmal. Avinash, one of their members of staff who works in the Enfield branch, sent me an email on Boxing day, harassing me for my up and coming instalment that was not even due for payment yet.Their systems are always on the blink, making it difficult to access the course via distance learning and the content is so out of date (Excel 2013) that by the time i finish the course, i'll have to do another one in order to work in today's workplace. A total con with no direct line management to escalate a complaint. I'm still waiting on a call back from head office, one week on from raising my complaint. The lack of reviews for this company really do speak for themselves.
