I have seen Ellie numerous times over the last 6 years and my son and daughter (both in their 20s) have also benefitted from individual consultation sessions with her. I would highly recommend Ellie if you have a specific health condition, just want general advice around a healthy diet/lifestyle or are unsure what supplements you should be taking. Ellie has an incredible knowledge base and clearly explains why you should or shouldn't be eating certain foodstuffs. I have learnt so much from Ellie over the years and feel hugely appreciative of the information and herbal treatments she has given both me and my family. I cannot recommend Ellie highly enough!

Have had two back, neck and shoulder massages with Ellie and they have both been absolutely wonderful. She is a lovely, calm person and works very methodically in a tranquil setting. I particularly liked the questions she asked about my lifestyle before the first massage, and the useful piece of advice she provided. It made the whole experience feel very thorough and like I was well looked after. The aromatherapy oils she used on me smelt wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Ellie if any remedial work is needed (like I had), or just for general relaxation!
As a therapist myself it's important that I stay healthy , so I see Ellie when possible. She is a highly experienced massage therapist and herbal health practitioner, her knowledge of both is extensive. I have had regular massages, and always feel lighter, and so much better after! I'm now on my second prescription of herbs to balance my digestive and hormone issues, which is really helping. Highly recommend if you want to stay healthy, or restore good health.
