Very big shop floor. I walked in yesterday to buy my wife a birthday gift. They had their special Black Friday deals at the entrance. Revxx make up set caught my attention straight away. Reduced from 60 to 29. I asked Sabina on the shop floor about it and her comments helped me decide to buy it. Sabina later took the payment at the tills. My wife likes her present very much. Thank you Boots.

Was supposed to be open until 8 as stated on the website, but it is closed at 7.30 because they have to do a stock take, in any business this is done off hours not to be an inconvenience for customers. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Their phone has been broken for more than a month. The drive through deactivated for more than 6 months due to short of stall. Terrible pharmacy service.
The member of staff I spoke to today, who I believe is a pharmacist is the rudest most condescending person I've ever encountered in my life. I politely asked him a question and was met with very rude, sharp answers. Absolutely vile way to be treated. Will be escalating this to head office.
