Looked nice place and seemed positive the care seemed good. During covid. But staff need to learn empathy and how to approach and talk to relatives in the event of sad news. It was disgraceful..

Albany Park is a very welcoming place. The staff are very conscientious and work very hard. The residents are very well cared for. The rooms and communal areas are spacious and clean. Well run home. Good value if self paying. I would recommend this home to anyone
My father seems comfortable here and has both his social and health care needs met. They recently just had a Christmas event which we were all invited to, the home put a lot of effort into making it feel christmassy and it was enjoyed by us all. Would highly recommend the home to others.
Really personal care! I have such peace of mind with these folks looking after my grandmother. Staff are really polite - thank you for all the great work!!
Mother was at this nursing home and well looked after during her time there. She felt very welcomed and had her needs met
