Great service and delivery but just cannot get my deposit back despite emails promising to send a cheque. Why they can't pay by bank transfer I have no idea. Collected items on 15th July and it's now 18th August - well past the 10 day agreement.

They always go above and beyond, from sourcing equipment from other companies at a fair price to helping out last minute with any issues we might have. They consistently go above and beyond which is why they are now (and have been for some time) our first choice of equipment hire company for events in London!

Amazing service. After being let down repeatedly by another North London catering equipment hire company just a couple of days before our first event, I called Adams and Scarlett was great from the off. While it turned out on the afternoon before our event that there was a big issue with the items that Adams put aside for us to collect, Scarlett was super reassuring and bent way over backwards to make sure the items we needed were couriered to us out of hours... Plus we received a refund for part of the order. Honestly saved the day. So much good will! THANK YOU!

Good service but takes ages to get your deposit back. Even if there are no damages or losses they hang on to the money for 10 working (not calendar) days after you returned everything.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We used them for a recent wedding and they could not have been more helpful from the initial contact, visiting their showroom, to the final collection the day after the wedding. All the staff, from the office staff to the drivers/delivery guys were really efficient. If only more companies were like this one! Thank you!
