Very very trash gym. They don’t offer the pay as you go online to trap you into paying their contracted fee. Tried to cancel my direct debit when I couldn’t pay it no more and they showed no sympathy whatsoever. 1 star is being kind as their facilities are outdated with the treadmill creaking as you use it. It’s also very small. Few times that I did go there it was completely empty so that’s pretty much why they try leech onto your money ! Trust me not worth it.

Great place to train. Super friendly staff. Quality equipment and always investing in what people ask for. Ninja course is amazing.

Not the greatest selection of machines, if that is your gig. However, they have a Strongman and calisthenics section outside which is like a mini muscle beach. There is also a Ninja Warrior course inside - and the biggest martial arts dojo I have seen in the UK.
