Hello!! I have always been very satisfied with the work and staff you have at Quick Lane up until my last visit. My computer/car was not reset so it still says service due, mileage not cleared out and tire light still on. I am a nurse and work 80 to 90 hours a week and it is difficult to make time for oil changes etc. So needless to say I am not a mechanic and cannot correct these issues. I come to your establishment because I purchased my car from you and since then you have serviced all issues. I can’t correct these issues and no time to come back in. So I am not very satisfied with this last service. Janee’ Hill

Charles provided truly outstanding service by getting my truck in at the last minute for new tires and safety inspection to ensure road worthiness for 1100 mile trip. I feel the mechanic did a very thorough inspection and corrected things that I might have missed or not looked for. Many thanks!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The whole process was not lengthy and was straight forward. We weren’t there for hours on end which was nice. I would come back again if I’m ever in need of a car.
