Charlotte has no idea how to do her job. Management has been ran by a 21 year old with near to no experience. Be ready to get locked into a gym membership you can’t get out of. Awful and not professional.

I was a member at another gym in town for some years and was very skeptical about coming to Genesis. I only switched because it's closer for me. I love it! I have enjoyed the classes and the love the trainers. The staff is friendly too. I have made a lot of friends there and it is now like a second home to me. We encourage and push one another. The gym puts on challenges regularly to keep us motivated. The only complaint I have ever had is maintenance of equipment and facilities can be an issues at times. A small inconvenience to deal with when I love everything else.
