I forgot about my appointment but Mike called me to ask if I would still be bringing my vehicle in to get it serviced. He didn't have to do that and I could have just missed the appointment. To me that was good customer service that you don't always get.

Terrible experience. My truck looked horrible and they waxed over dirt so I couldn't wash it off. Also, they used white clay on my black truck so all of the tiny rock chips in my paint were little specks of white. My back seat had crumbs in it and my headlights were aweful. They did offer to look at what they did wrong the next day but I didnt have time to deal with it and never did. They did not follow up at a later date to take care of it but I feel like for 170 dollars it should have been done right the first time. We used the coupon they had for a full detail for 130 and it ended up being 170 with their charge for cleaning supplies and taxes, which wasn't stated clearly before. Anyways if you're feeling like going here, don't go somewhere else. Update: I took my truck to see if I could get the issues with the exterior they caused and it's now going to cost me another 2500 to get the truck to not look so bad.
They fixed the immediate issue, but didn't bother to investigate or fix the cause of the issue, so it's going to happen again. They overcharge for the simple things, but dealers tend to. The service was good, but I was disappointed to see almost no masks on employees, including when they were interacting with customers, and they didn't keep their distance either. Competent enough, but they certainly don't go above and beyond.
Had a great experience picking up our Jeep Gladiator. Paulo was very friendly and knowledgeable, plus Marshall and D’owen made finding the right vehicle a smooth process. Jason in finance was great to deal with also. This was our first experience with the Clint Bowyer team and it couldn’t have went better- Thanks!!!!
