I chose ollo store over a competetor paying a premium because ollo guaranteed delivery in 2 days. The competetor would not specify delivery time therefore I accepted the best offer and Paid the premiun price. In reality Ollo delivered 2 days late causing me considerable logistic grief. Ollo cannot blame the courier because the courierwas too busy. Ollo should choose a courier who respects their delivery conditions. On a positive note Ollo communicated insistently with the courier to try and righten the wrong as soon as possible.
