while pf loan claiming time when I Enter final OTP The Message showing "locality in address can contain alphabets,digits,spaces or special characters(&'0.-/)".what is the meaning of this. is it any problem in epfo site.

Very irresponsible Employees. Consumer must die due to non settlement of their money but this office never understand emergency of one. Don't know how many applications done in one day that even these office guys can't settle it in 15-20 days. Very poor service.

Since a year i had applied for the correction in my Father/husband field online and off line too but not yet done. Every time workers say it will be done in few days, Executive is on leave so it is taking time, will do as soon as possible like fake promises but not working honestly and every visit i have explain the same what i have requested in them provided format. If Any higher authority of EPFO officers read/sea this comment please hire eligible candidates.

No one ever answers the calls when rings. Other times the number is constantly busy. Government should hire efficient people who not only understand importance of their time but others as well.

Pathetic service.. no one there is concerned about the issues. My PF transfer from trust to EPFO is not reflecting since 2018 and no one is looking into it inspite of multiple followup and raising grievances. PRO dept officer is not available the peon is very rude. Inspite of emailing the Annexure-K copy to the then there is no action or intimation of any action. No one to contact or escalate.. feeling hopeless..
