What a great service. Just received (securely packaged) my grandads (very battered) military and civil service award medals from Empire Medals and I am amazed how clean and well presented they look. New ribbons, shiny medals in great frames, they will be on the wall asap, pride of place for many years to come. Thank you

The photo does not do the medals and mounting justice. I ordered them in November and then realised I may have left it too late for a Christmas present. Chris was very helpful in advising me on the correct medals and the inscription that was relevant to my Father in laws service in the army. He emailed me to say he would try to honour my request for it to be a Christmas present. The week before Christmas, Chris phoned me to confirm my order and I received it in time for Christmas. There was also a tracking service which was very reassuring. I cannot recommend Empire Medals enough. Thank you for all the help and for a wonderful Christmas present for my husband in memory of his dad.
The Medal and framing service is first class, cannot be beaten on the quality of the work, have used and would use again. However, the clothing not so much. Embroidered baseball cap, the overall quality is low, the ‘one size fits all’ type are the lower end of the range when shopping for baseball caps and having an open back lacks where the solid caps seem better quality. The low threads per inch show that the embroidery is ‘lacking’ and detail suffers. Maybe it was just the design I chose. I have seen better for sale. Face masks, if you are a small adult then maybe it will work for you, being 6’ the mask was just covering the mouth and nose and not a good fit, far too small to have confidence in it being effective. For the prices I would expect a higher standard and would not buy again.
