that's big and nice horrible service delivery always arrive for us. maybe come late or something wrong or something else . I don't know but you can ask. but I think I was lucky because I received on time and I paid for good reason and I like that. and I hope you be same

Horrible service. Delivery doesn't always arrive, you have to PRAY that everything goes well on the first attempt, or you have to dedicate 1 hour everyday on the phone (At least 45 min on hold) to push for a re-send or for some attention. It's like flipping a coin. It can either go well or horribly wrong. My advice: spend 5 more per book and order them in a bookshop. Absolutely not recommended!

Boeken besteld, door verkeerde communicatie kon ik de boeken niet meer terugsturen binnen de retourdatum. Slecht bereik van de klantenservice.

Je word voorgelogen over datum van levering. Boek ge pre-ordered die voorgeschreven voor de studie staat en komende week geleverd zou worden. Nu krijg ik echter meldingen dat er vertraging plaats vindt omdat het product nog niet op voorraad is. Ik kom er vervolgens via het opzoeken van het ISBN nummer achter dat het boek uberhaupt pas 4 januari 2021 uitkomt. In plaats van dat ze dit er even bij vermelden staat er nu nog steeds dat de verwachte leverdatum van mijn product aankomende week is...

Echt bizar slechte service. Na bijna 2 maanden nog steeds een boek niet binnen. Ze zijn ook totaal niet bereikbaar, meerdere keren minimaal een halfuur in de wacht gezeten, zonder resultaat. Mail gestuurd, na 2 weken nog geen reactie. Zoooo bizar slecht, niks bestellen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
