A friend told me about this lovely place. I dropped by for a recconoitre..and there was the perfect folding table for cutting out quilt pieces ..waiting for me! Very kind people put it in the car...bingo! I shall haunt the place now...it’s so peaceful and human.
Bargain furniture and housewares. Everything except the kitchen sink, (and sometimes the kitchen sink too!). Stunning grounds and views. Fantastic coffee. A genuinely warm welcome (even though the convent showrooms can be chilly - Take you coat or ask to borrow one!). Directly meet and chat with the people you are helping to help themselves, at this venue/worthy cause
