We bought 4 lounge units and a settee from Emes, we were happy with the items when they arrived and a still happy with the units but have had an issue with the settee and despite numerous phone calls the staff at Blackburn have done nothing to resolve. Very disappointed with the after sales service. Still waiting after over a month trying to get a resolution.

Ordered some wardrobes from here a week ago, lady rang me to say they’ll be coming on Tuesday so I took the day off as I wanted to set them up and no one would be home. Delivery driver calls and says he’ll be there for 4pm. He calls and he’s at a total wrong address with w different name but my phone number? So I call them and they said they haven’t even made a route with my delivery and that’s a total lie as I’ve got the screenshot of the lady calling and she refuses to say that she’s the one that called me but also insists that she’s the only Person that works the front desk. She offered no compensation has the worst communication skills clearly and on top refuses to pass her name over. Waiting for the manager to give me a call tommorow honestly don’t order this place is a joke and I hope the lady reading this get some training done on proper communication.
Bought four items from the Lionel range of furniture, although some panels had been damaged in transit. Contacted Emes customer service and they were excellent, re-ordered damaged parts from the factory in Poland which arrived when expected. The customer service was brilliant can't fault them and the furniture looks lovely, transformed my lounge. Would definitely recommend them.
Fantastic online service, waiting time for delivery about 2 weeks, very good quality of furniture and, above all, absolutely perfect assembly service. Highly recommended XXX
