Operated by The Gathering Community Church (which is located across from the Best Buy). Island Safari is used for the children on Sunday mornings and for church gatherings at other times. It may also be rented out by prior reservation through the church. It has also hosted children brought in for eye exams at the vision store across the way from it so that they have something to do and someplace to go while waiting their turns.

Operated by The Gathering Community Church (which is also located inside Midway Mall). On Sundays, Island Safari is used for the children's programs and the nursery. At other times of the week, it hosts church events such as men's and women's Bible Studies, and brown bag prayer luncheons. GCC gives back to the community by opening up Island Safari when groups of children come for eye exams at the eye place across the way. It gives the children a place to do things while they wait their turn. It may be available to rent out when not being used by the church if arrangements are made with the church.
