I did not purchase from this company, but from one of their sellers, they however as the manufacturer should be held responsible for faulty products. I have had 2 Ace gas fryers since June last year, the second was a replacement for the first which had flames coming out of it . Now, 4 months after installing the second one, I have experienced the same fault...I cannot use it as there is a serious safety issue. I have attempted to email the company..and I know I have the correct address as it is the same as I previously sent , but the messages are not going through...I can only assume my email address has been blocked. However, I have sent the message now via Facebook messanger and waiting to see if I get a response. If not I will be contacting Trading Standards as I am a small business and cannot afford to lose business or lose money due to purchasing faulty items

Bought 2 X 3kw elements online on 17/5/15, came with no fixing nuts, which they did send after I contacted them. Since fitting, these elements just were not heating water like they should, and on removal to check them, they were engraved 240V/500watt. Tried emailing twice to sort - no reply. Not impressed with this level of customer service.
Got most of my shop equipment from them. Friendly guys without a doubt. 1212
