It's the first time that I've bought at Rowleys. Bought several items (chinese and ussian\) online, and spent a good amount of money. Although their description of the objects is quite vague, I always tend to think that companies such as this one, will not try to sell fakes and will behave professionally in order to enhance their reputation. I was wrong. Each piece bought at this Auction Room is far not worth the money I paid for, and, although the catalogue's description is correct, the pieces are recently manufactured fakes.
I WAS RECOMMENDED TO USE ROWLEYS BY A FRIEND, AND I AM VERY GLAD I DID . THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY , AND ACHIEVED EXCELLENT PRICES FOR ME . ONE OF THE STAFF IS AN EXPERT FROM THE TELEVISION PROGRAMME FLOG IT , AND ASSISTED ME GREATLY BY TAKING THE TIME TO VALUE MY ITEMS AND EXPLAIN THE AUCTION PROCESS .
