I spent 7 fantastic years at King's Ely, which enabled me to pursue my love for sport amongst other things. Not only did I gain an education in stunning settings consisting of facilities like the Old Palace and Ely Cathedral, but I also formed relationships with staff and fellow pupils which have been invaluable. The opportunities were endless with extracurricular activities (including Ely Scheme) and I still receive support and guidance from the school since leaving in 2017.

A great school providing a vast range of activities that accomodate the academic and pastoral needs of pupils. Wonderful opportunities in the performing arts departments to take part in ensembles, plays, musicals, concerts, recordings. Photo credits- Lisa Lyu, Kathryn Sudbury, Alex Moxon and Toby Roney

A wonderful, nurturing school. Offers an amazing range of activities and experiences and really helps children to find what they enjoy and where their strengths lie.

King's Ely has got everything you would ever want from a school. The setting, facilities, teaching quality and extra-curricular activities set it apart from the rest.

A great school in a beautiful historic setting. The educational journey starts in the Georgian style Acremont House for the pre-prep children and ends in the splendid Old Palace, home to the sixth form pupils. With a mixture of day pupils and boarders there is a real sense of community. The school has plenty to offer outside the academic timetable. Music and drama are strong at all levels and plenty of sport is offered, with the Great River Ouse on the doorstep providing fantastic rowing opportunities.
