While applying for a job, I noted that it was the director that was replying directly to my emails and this was a nice touch. I was initially rejected due to the position involving some heavy lifting and I was upfront about having back problems after a fracture. After a short correspondence, I was invited to visit the factory and to meet with the senior staff and director. I was given a tour and eventually offered a position. Unfortunately it was not the right fit for me but I can't say enough about how accommodating they were for me. I have typically worked in managerial positions and they were fantastic.

After sales service top-notch! I called about information regarding double glazed units supplied 8 or more years ago and was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Having explained that I’m not even necessarily using Holloseal this time as I’m in another part of the country, they were exceptionally obliging nonetheless! Highly recommended.
