Disastrous repair which took months to complete. Quite expensive unit came back from repair producing huge noise that was absolutely inexistant before repair. They refused to admit any responsibility and rudely interrupted any conversation.

Only reply to around 1 in 3 emails on an item which they are testing. Either the manufacturer took five weeks to reply, or they took five weeks to write to the manufacturer. Then around six weeks for a soak test which revealed nothing. The amp came back and was misbehaving in a couple of days. Since they're the EU agents it has to go back to them again. If they did their job properly this wouldn't be necessary. The manufacturer has more confidence in their abilities than I do.
Very poor service. Just wanted to know a value of a certain capacitor of a Paradigm speaker, so that i could do a repair. I was happy to pay for any manpower cost of looking it up. They refused to give it on the basis of their said policy. They do repair, nobody else :(. I did not need a scheme, just the value of one single capacitor. How much harm can that do to them commercially? Indeed NOTHING. Very, very poor service!!!
