The doctor is ok but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They seem too busy to care about those who walk in the door. You really don’t feel welcome when you approach the reception desk. They may not even look up at you. Just sign in and shut up is how you feel. When you call the office they are too busy to talk to you or care what you are calling about. I got the lap band and I’m 2 years post surgery. Haven’t lost any weight either. They should be honest and tell you that the lap band success rate is extremely low. It is not worth the time or risk for this procedure. This is where my insurance company sent me. There are better places to go. For a good experience, go somewhere else.

Dr is nice. So is the staff. But I have to give 2 stars. I originally asked about lap band over my gastric by pass pouch ( in an email was told it could be done and a phone call the person said it has been done) and was recommended Apollo revision. I always asked about reviews or success stories but I would never get a response. I had the Apollo revision and it was not successful. I immediately knew it wasn’t working. I never felt my pouch was smaller again. I wish I would have done so much more research.

I'm at home now 4days post-op I had complications not due to DR. T or staff. My iron fell a lot short and some staples moved so I had to stay extra days in the hospital after DR. T fixed me all back up..my iron however does need to be dealt with by my pcp. I do have pain but I also just had surgery 2x so I understand our bodies recover differently and I welcome when I can run again THANK YOU DR. T & STAFF
