Elmsleigh Cleaning Services

I used Elmsleigh Cleaning Services today to clean my carpets. This was the second time my family had used them but this time it was for a carpet clean. James did a great job and was very polite and professional. We also used them to deep clean my fathers apartment after he passed away the during Covid pandemic. Andre the owner was such a kind, professional man and him and his team were very respectful, they helped us during a very tough period. I would recommend them very highly.

Absolutely appalling, DO NOT fall into the trap. Must take written quotation from them before booking the service. I have booked over the phone and on the day had no communication. The next day I get invoice for double the time I booked saying two people were used instead of 1, so although I booked 4hrs services and not per person service( they never mentioned how many people will come for cleaning when quoting the price) they invoiced me for 2 people in 4 hours and doubled the bill. Absolutely shocking.

Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate employees. Wouldn't trust them to clean my shed.

I paid cleaners what I was told to pay then boss rang me to say I should have paid more because he sent two cleaners instead of one that I was told they only stayed for two hours I didn't want to offend them but won't use this company again
