I needed a special birthday cake to be made and delivered and Mandy was great. She created an amazingly brilliant cake, we communicated all requirements via e-mail and I could pay by BACS transfer, all of which suited me well. My thanks for all her help

I emailed Mandy requesting a ‘Viking Themed’ Birthday Cake, from the start she knew exactly what I wanted and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I had no idea what to expect but upon picking the cake up I was absolutely amazed. It was everything I wanted and more, and of course it tasted amazing too. I would highly recommend Elmsleigh Cakes to anyone and will be using any excuse to order another one! Thankyou again for everything!!
I can’t begin to tell you what a difference your cake has made to us today. With so few options to make my daughter's 18th special. Lockdown, Zoom lessons all day and no chance to celebrate with family and friends, your beautiful cake was the absolute highlight to the day. Thank you so much for all your creative brilliance. I literally don’t know how you did it. Creating the Hogwarts scene, the scarf, golden snitch and Dumbledore’s letter wishing her a happy birthday. All such amazing touches. Thank you x
Mandy made a firework themed cake for my mum's birthday and it looked absolutely amazing! I was so impressed. On top of that Mandy was so easy to deal with and made the cake very last minute for me, which was really kind. Can't wait to order another one!
Everything about my mum's 80th birthday cake was fabulous. Mandy was really easy to talk to and provided a totally hassle free service - having the cake ready at 9:30am on a Sunday was no problem at all. And the actual cake - a lemon daisy decorated one - was gorgeous and tasted superb. We all loved! Thank you so much for making my mum smile xx
