Our experience at Napleton exceeded our expectations. Joe Zachewicz was our salesman and he was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We felt fortunate to be able to work with him. Ray Reale and his team worked unbelievably hard to get both me and my girlfriend into the vehicles we wanted. Ray worked every angle to get us the financing and payments we both needed. We are both grateful for his efforts. And then we worked with Tammy on the paperwork side of things and she was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Multiple members of their whole team stayed an hour or so past their closing time to get everything done. The whole experience was impressive all around. The vibe at that place is great you can just tell the employees get along great just felt comfortable to me it was just a fun experience.almost want to just go back and hang out lol.great deals and they are great with credit told me right from the start your credit is important to us you work hard for it and we aren't going to practice on it ...like most places will do...made sure I wanted the car I picked then helped us get it when others turned us down.my experience couldn't have been any better.thank you to the whole team.special thanks to Nico and Ray see you next car.
