I have previously given this Pharmacy the benefit of the doubt due to pressure of work in the current climate but now I need to comment on the poor attitude of some of the staff. There is a culture of unhelpful surlyness led by the delivery driver, who lolls around chipping in unsolicited comments, and one of the senior assistants who can't even say thank you or goodbye when on the phone. This seems to have spread to the majority of the team with the customer/patient being left feeling they are a complete inconvenience. Whoever is actually in charge needs to assert their authority and re-establish some customer service standards.

Excellent pharmacy - staff very helpful
Fantastic pharmacy who have always done their best to suit my needs. Brij the pharmacist truly goes above and beyond and has always had time to spare if I've needed a chat about something personal/private & considered more like a friend. Highly recommended.
